煤热解过程中气态硫及气态烃逸出的同步在线分析

摘要 建立了一种简单的在线同时检测煤热解过程中气态硫及烃类逸出的方法-TPD FPD&FID。检测装置由可实现程序升温的微型热解反应器(TPD)、在线的火焰光度检测器和火焰离子化检测器(FPD)及数据采集系统构成,数据处理方法简单。应用此方法对神木煤进行了分析,得到了其气态硫及烃类逸出的动态特征。并通过对比实验验证了此方法的准确性及重复性。 An on- line determination is established to simultaneously monitor sulfur- containing and hydrocarbon gases during coal pyrolysis. The setup consists of a fixed- bed micro- reactor for temperature- programmed decomposition (TPD) of coal, and a flame photometric detector (FPD) and a flame ionized detector (FID) to allow simultaneous detection of volatile sulfur and hydrocarbons. The detailed procedure and quantification were discussed. As an example, Shenmu coal was analyzed by this method, and the dynamic profiles of sulfur- containing and hydrocarbon gases were obtained. The accuracy and repeatability have been tested for this method. Only 2% of difference was found by this method and wet chemistry method.
