摘要
利用2苯基硫代乙硫醇(MEPS)与环氧氯丙烷的反应合成了一种新型的环氧树脂用反应型稀释剂苯硫乙硫基环氧丙烷.研究了原料配比、反应温度和氢氧化钠的用量等因素对反应产物的产率的影响,并通过FTIR、核磁共振谱仪和阿贝折光仪等对目的产物进行表征.研究表明:在适当的反应条件下该反应的最高收率为91.39%,合成的物质是一种浅黄色的液体,折光指数为1.60.
A high refractive index epoxy resin thinner (phenylthioethylenethioepihydrin) was synthesized by the reaction of epichlorohydrin with 2pheylthioethylenethiol (MEPS). The material would be used to an active thinner of the radiationcuring epoxy coating. The effect of materials proportion, reaction temperature and dosage of alkali on the reaction were studied. The target product was characterized by FTIR, HNMR and Abbe's refractometer. The experimental results show that in the appropriate reactive condition the yield of this reaction could reach to 91.39% and synthesized compound is a light yellow liquid with refractive index of 1.60.
