扁管管内传热性能实验研究

Experimental study on flat tube inside heat transfer property

对扁管的管内传热和流阻性能进行了实验研究.结果表明:在管程进口体积流量相同条件下,扁管管内进出口温差、传热系数和雷诺数均高于圆管,虽其压降也高于圆管,但其传热与流阻综合性能指标显著高于圆管.说明扁管是一种高效强化传热元件.

Heat transfer and resistance properties in the flat tube was investigated.The result shows inlet and outlet difference of temperature,transfer coefficient and Renolds number of the flat tube are higher than those of the circular tube under the equal tube inside inlet volume flow rate.Though the flat tube inside pressure drop is higher,the heat transfer and resistance integrated property is remarkably higher than one of the circular tube.Therefore the flat tube is a kind of effective heat transfer enhancement element.
