摘要
研究了Zr对Ti 6 2 2 2 2S合金室温拉伸性能和显微组织的影响。结果表明 ,适量增加Zr含量对合金的室温拉伸强度稍有提高 ,并使合金的锻态组织细化。当Zr含量增加到 3%时 ,合金的室温拉伸性能达到较好匹配。在保持强度的同时 ,伸长率相对提高了 2 5 % ,断面收缩率相对提高了 2 4 %。含 3%Zr的合金热处理后的组织更均匀 ,并且α相的长宽比缩小 ,有球化倾向。
Effect of the content of Zr on microstructure and tensile properties of Ti-6-22-22S alloy were investigated.The results show that increasing Zr content can benefit the room-temperature tensile strength and refine the as-forged microstructures of the alloy.When Zr content is increased to 3%,the strength and ductility can match preferably,while the strength maintains the same level of that alloy with 2% Zr content,the elongation and reduction of area are increased by 25% and 24% respectively.And the alloy with 3% Zr content also exhibits more homogeneous microstructure than the others.
