摘要
研究了热处理工艺对 14Cr1MoR钢组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明 ,该钢在 90 0℃~ 930℃淬火后 ,在较宽的回火参数范围内 (P =19.74~ 2 0 4 6 ) ,可以获得良好的强韧化效果和较高的抗回火脆化能力。在此基础上确定了适用于该钢板的热处理工艺规范 ,实践证明此工艺合理可行。
The effect of heat treatment process on microstructure and mechanical properties of steel 14Cr1MoR was researched.The results show that an excellent strength and toughness and higher temper brittleness resistance can be obtained after quenched at 900℃~930℃ then tempered under a wide range of tempering paremeter P=19.74~20.46.The proper heat treatment process for 14Cr1MoR steel plate was determined.
