摘要
研究了退火处理对烧结钕铁硼磁合金性能的影响 ,发现适当的热处理能提高钕铁硼的综合磁性能 ,在3Pa真空度 4 92℃条件下对普通钕铁硼退火处理 1h ,其矫顽力Hc 由 11 5kOe提高到 14 6 3kOe ,最大磁能积(BH) max值由 35MGOe提高到了 4 3 9MGOe。
Effect of annealing on the magnetism of the sintered NdFeB magnet was studied.The results show that annealing can raise the magnetism of the sintered NdFeB magnet.When the sintered NdFeB magnet was annealed at 3Pa and 492℃ for an hour,the coercive force H_c would raise from 11.5kOe to 14.63kOe,and the (BH)_(max) would raise from 35MGOe to 43.9MGOe.
