摘要 Intel公司的超线程技术(Hyper-ThreadingTechnology)是一项新的微处理器体系结构技术,它在传统指令级并行的基础上提供了线程级并行。对操作系统来说一个具有超线程技术的Intel微处理器看起来像两个逻辑处理器。该文通过分析超线程技术的特点,重点研究Linux如何有效支持Intel的超线程处理器。 Intel's Hyper-Threading Technolog y is a new micro processor architecture technology,supporting thread-lev el-par allelism on each processor.It makes a single pro cessor look like two log ical pro cessors to the operating system.This paper firstly introduces Intel's Hype r-Threading Technology,then emphasizes how to enable Hyper-Thread ing Tech no logy in Lin ux kernel efficiently.
