摘要
该文研究了一种从下到上的、基于人的视觉感知特性的、三层噪声加权的视频图像质量客观评价方法,给出了相应的评价模型,并对具有256级灰度值的352×288像素的慢运动人物数字图像序列进行了仿真验证。对比结果表明,该方法是一种行之有效的并与主观评价结果相一致的视频图像质量客观评价方法。
An objective method of video quality evaluation by three-layered bottom-up noise weighting considering human visual perception is studied in this paper.The corresponding evaluating model is given and verified by the slow moving digital image of256gray scales with325×288pixels.That this objective method is an effective way according with the subjective assessment result is indicated via simulation experiment.
