该文介绍了国际上日渐流行的一个用户管理系统模型,并提出了一些改进。应用这个改进的模型,笔者已经在实际应用中获得了一些成果。

This paper gives the introduction to an administration model,which is prevailing internationally.And then it presents the improvement on the model.With the improved model,authors have got some success in practice.
