An Error Concealment Approach for Video Transmission Based on Data Hiding

摘要 该文对无线网络环境下视频图像的鲁棒性传输问题进行了研究,提出了一种新的视频图像传输差错恢复方法。用隐藏在图像中的辅助信息完成差错检测、再同步、差错恢复以增强H.263+标准解码器的差错恢复功能,获得更好的重构质量。仿真实验表明比传统方法有明显的改进。 This paper gives a thorough study on the robust transmission problem of video in the wireless network,and proposes a novel video transmission error concealment method.In order to obtain better reconstruction quality,the paper combines different types accessorial data hidden in video frame and macroblock to jointly achieve detection,resynchronization and recovery,which can enhance the error concealment performance of H.263+standard decoder.Simulations on video sequences indicate a significant improvement against conventional techniques.
