低噪声燃烧器的试验研究

Experimental Studies on Low Noise Burner

通过试验研究 ,得到性能优良的低噪声环保型燃烧器 ,解决了武钢热轧厂加热炉加热设备性能的问题。新燃烧器较原燃烧器具有噪声低、调节性能好、加热温度均匀、NOx排放低的显著特点。该燃烧器在现场使用效果良好。

The problem about the performance of the heating equipment of the reheat furnace in the Hot Rolled Strip Mill of WISCO has been solved by research and development of the high quality low noise and environment protection type burner.The newly developed burner is featured by its better properties of low noise,adjustability,homogeneity of heating temperature and low NOx exhaust in comparison with the old type one.Good results have been achieved in the on-site application.
