摘要
本文阐述了套色印刷过程中以磁粉制动器为执行器件、80C196KC为控制器的张力控制方法,该控制方法可以实现印刷过程中恒线速度和恒张力控制,具有一定的实用性。同时对自己开发的张力控制板从硬件和软件方面进行了简单的阐述。
This article introduces the tension control method in chromatic printing,which main control setup is 80C196KC singlechip and which control element is magnetic powder brake. The high precision of constant linear velocity and constant tension can be gotten using this method. At the same time,hardware and software are simply clarified in this paper based on the controller designed by myself.
