摘要
以 (R) (+ ) 香茅醇为原料 ,经溴化甲氧基化、消除、酸诱导环合三步反应合成了氧化玫瑰 ,三步总收率为 75 6 %。所得氧化玫瑰顺反异构体比例为 70 30~ 75 2 5 ,可用于配制高级玫瑰香精。
Rose oxide was synthesized from (R)-(+)-citronellol in about 78.6% yield through bromomethoxylation, elimination and acid-induced cyclization . The obtained rose oxide consists of a cis/trans ratio in the range of 70/30~75/25 , which is an important component of high quality rose essence.
