摘要
本文介绍了在数字电路的设计与测试中,利用TLA700系列逻辑分析仪通过对多路通讯数据信号的采集测试,验证电路的设计要求,对电路进行查错,并且利用安装在逻辑分析仪上的分析软件进行分析。与以往的逻辑分析仪相比,捕捉信号更加可靠,操作上也更方便。
The paper introduced how to make use of the TLA700 series logical analyzers in design of digital circuit and test for checking the mistake via multipath communication data acquisition testing and verificating the circuit design reguest. The analysis software intalled in logical analyzer is analyzed. The logical analyzer catching the signals is more reliable, convenient and ease operation as compared with former analyzer.
