摘要
采用有限体积法开发了ALE框架下的三维非稳态流体流动的数值模拟程序 ,对包钢平焰燃烧加热炉内的冷态流场分布进行了计算模拟 ,并且为了优化炉内流体流动 ,改进了旋流烧嘴的设计。模拟结果显示 :采用优化烧嘴后炉内气流分布更加合理 。
A general numerical computing program for three-dimensional and time-dependent fluid flow in an arbitrary lagrangian-eulerian scheme with the finite volume method was developed.The distribution of cold flow field in the reheating furnace with multi-rotating-plane flame burners was simulated and calculated.In order to optimize the fluid flow,the design of multi-rotating-plane flame burners was modified.The experimental results show that fluid flow in the furnace with burners optimized are more reasonable and it is advised to adapted burners optimized.
