Ceramics filter in the tundish of No^3 steelmaking plant of anshan iron & steel group has been studied.The samples were sampled from the tundish which installed ceramics filter on one side of dam,uninstalled ceramics filter on the other dam,and the corresponding continuous casting slab.The content and the composition of the inclusions were analyzed by the methods of electrolysis.The experimental results indicated that the effect of filtering the inclusions Al 2O 3,SiO 2 with the ceramics filter was striking.
