摘要
介绍了热处理工件电镀镍工艺流程及部分工艺规范。对热处理工件电镀镍故障产生的原因进行了详细的分析,并提出了解决方法。改进了原工艺流程及部分工艺规范。
Process flow and partial process specifications of Ni electroplating for heat treated parts were described. Cases of trouble-shooting of Ni electroplating for heat treated parts were analyzed in detail. Process flow and partial process specifications were improved.
