摘要 头孢地尼是头孢菌素类第 3代口服抗生素 ,除对 β 内酰胺酶具有高度的稳定性 ,对肠杆菌科细菌作用突出外 ,还增强了对革兰阳性细菌的作用 ,特别是对葡萄球菌属的抗菌效力 ,其 3位侧链上的乙烯基可提高其口服吸收性 。 Cefdinir is an oral third generation, broad spectrum cephalosporin antimicrobial agent. It has a good action on gram positive bacteria, especially on staphylococcus , besides stable to beta lactamases and effective to enterobacter. It can be rapidly absorbed from gastrointestinal tract for it's chemical formula(3 vinyl on side chain). It is a safe and effective antimicrobial agent in treating community acquired infection.
