分析了PTA装置溶剂脱水塔中 3 16L不锈钢填料腐蚀的原因 ,填料腐蚀产生的铁、铬离子对PTA生产的影响。由于填料腐蚀 ,导致母液中Fe2 +含量高达 10 0 μg/g以上 ,在负荷降低 10 %的情况下 ,装置运行仍不正常 ,说明在该塔中不宜使用 3
The reasons for 316 L stainless steel packing corrosion of solvent dehydration tower was discussed for PTA plant. The effect of Fe and Cr ions produced from packing corrosion on PTA production was analyzed. Packing corrosion led to Fe 2+ concentration higher than 100 μg/g in the liquor, and the tower worked abnormally even when the load was decreased by 10%. So 316 L stainless steel packing was not suitable for this tower.
