摘要
以2,2-双-[4-(4-硝基苯氧基)苯基]六氟丙烷(BNHFP)为原料,在钯/炭(Pd/C)、水合肼的作用下,还原得到了2,2-双-[4-(4-氨基苯氧基)苯基]六氟丙烷(BAHFP)单体。利用元素分析方法傅立叶转换红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振(NMR)和液相色谱等对所获得的聚酰亚胺(PI)单体BAHFP进行分析表征。然后,将BAHFP分别与均苯四甲酸二酐(PMDA)、氧撑二苯酐(ODPA)、苯酮四甲酸二酐(BTDA)和双酚A二酐(BPADA)进行聚合,得到了高特性粘度(≥0.8dl/g)的聚酰胺酸溶液,并可进一步热亚胺化成PI薄膜。
Based on the raw material of 2,2 - bis[4 - (4 - nitrophenoxy)phenyl]hexafluoropropane(BNHFP), the fluorine - containing polyimide monomer of 2,2 - bis[ 4 - (4 - aminophenoxy) phenyl ] hexafluoropropane (BAHFP) was obtained in the presence of Pd/C and hydrazine monohydrate. BAHFP monomer was further characterized by elemental analysis technique, Fourier - transfer infrared (FTIR), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and liquid chromatography etc. More-ovff, base on BAHFP monomer, polymerization with pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA), oxydi (phthalic anhydride) (ODPA), benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride (BTDA) and bisphenol A dianhydride (BPADA) was carried out respectively. Meanwhile, the corresponding polyamic acid solutions with high intrinsic viscosity (≥0.8dl/g) were obtained, and further imidized into polyimide films by heating process.
