摘要
提出鞋楦的离散设计方法,该方法通过3坐标测量机获得鞋楦表面数据,经过数据预处理、参数化和截面曲线构建等操作,得到鞋楦CAD系统中的鞋楦离散模型,为数控编程、帮样设计等后续应用所用。
This paper presents the discrete design method of shoe last in shoe last CAD system.
The surface data of shoe last are obtained by coordinate measuring machine. After the data are pre-processed and parameterized, section curves in two directions are constructed. Then we get the discrete model of shoe last. This model can be used in downstream processes, such as NC programs generating, shoe styling and shoe soling etc.
