摘要
从系统构成和通信软件编程两方面详细介绍了一种基于RS-485通信网络的分散式变频制冷控制系统的设计方案,主要是以富士变频器的RS-485通信协议为基础,利用CX-Protocol软件编写了由设定参数、运行命令和监测数据等3个通信序列构成的RS-485串口通信协议宏,实现了单台OMRON CQM1H可编程序控制器与6台变频器的串行通信控制,并能实时监测各变频器的运行状态,最终达到较好的制冷效果。
The design scheme of a distributed inverter refrigeration control system based on RS-485 communication network is introduced emphatically from system structure and writing communication program. On base of communication protocol of RS-485 used for FUJI inverter, the serial communication protocol macro of RS-485, which always consists of three communication steps including setting communication parameters, running instructions and monitoring data, is developed by means of CX-Protocol. Furthermore, a OMRON CQM1H PLC controls six inverters by serial communication and monitors real-time the running status of all inverters. Finally the result of refrigeration is good.
