摘要 采用纳米SiO_2胶体、甲基丙烯酸及其酯、有机氟单体、反应性乳化剂、交联剂、偶联剂等合成了常温自交联氟碳乳液。着重介绍了氟碳乳液的合成及其性能。讨论了单体加入方式、反应温度、引发剂用量、纳米SiO_2用量、pH值、聚合工艺等因素对乳液合成的影响,并对其进行表征。 An ambient temperature self-crosslinking fluorocarbon emulsion has been successfully prepared based on nano - scale SiO2 colloid, methacrylic acid and methacrylate, organic fluorine monomers, reactive emulsifier, crosslinker, coupling agent, focusing on synthesis and its properties of fluorocarbon emulsion. This article also discussed the influence of feeding methods of monomers, reaction temperature, initiator dosage, amount of nano-scale SiO2, pH value, and polymerization process on the emulsion polymerization. The emulsion was characterized.
