《李笠翁批阅三国志》李渔评点的价值浅探——从与毛批的差异谈起

A Tentative Study of the Value about Li Yu's Judgment over Li Li-weng's Criticism on History of the Three Kingdoms:Discussing Its differences from Those in the Two Maos' Comments

《李笠翁批阅三国志》是《三国演义》一个重要版本 ,其评语多抄自毛纶毛宗岗评改的《四大奇书第一种》的评语 (称“毛批”) ,所以学术界对它基本上持否定态度。笔者在研读许多异于毛批的“李渔评语”[1 ] 之后认为它在创作思想、人物形象、表现手法、读者接受心理等方面见解独到、定位准确 ,自有高于毛批之处 ,对文学批评史有一定的贡献 ,应该肯定。

Li Li-weng's criticism of History of the Three Kingdoms is an important version of The Romance of the Three Kingdoms, whose comments are chiefly copied from those about Number One of the Four Remarkable Books commented on and revised by Mao Lun and Mao Zong-gang, and therefore the version is generally rejected among academic circles. After making a close study of Li Yu's judgment, which is quite different from the two Maos', the present writer concludes that Li Yu's judgment is original and accurate in analyzing the artistic guiding ideas, characters' images, technique of expression, and readers' psychology of approval. In his opinion, Li Yu's judgment shows its own superiority to the Maos' in some aspects and its contribution to history of literary criticism should be affirmed.
