关节镜下关节清理术与小针刀疗法联合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎并肌腱端炎

Combined treatment of joint debridement under arthroscope and small needle-knife therapy for osteoarthritis and enthesitis of knees

目的 探讨关节镜下膝关节清理术与小针刀疗法联合治疗膝骨性关节炎并肌腱端炎的临床疗效。方法 对 16例 (19膝 )膝关节骨性关节炎并肌腱端炎的患者用膝关节镜下关节清理术与小针刀疗法联合治疗的临床分析。结果 术后随访 9～ 18个月 ,良 7膝 ,优良率占 84 2 1% ,可 2膝 ,差 1膝。结论 关节镜下关节清理术改善关节内环境 ,小针刀疗法恢复关节周围肌力平衡 。

Objective:To assess the effectiveness of the combined treatment of joint debridement under arthroscope and small needle-knife therapy to osteoarthritis and enthesitis of knee.Methods:Sixteen patients (19 knee) with osteoarthritis and enthesitis had been treated with joint debridement under arthroscope and small needle-knife therapy.Results:Followed up from 9 to 18 months,9 knees were evaluated as excellent,7 as good,the choiceness rate was 84.21%,2 as fair,1 knees was worse.Conclusions:The joint debridement under arthroscope improves the joint internal environment and the small needle-knife therapy recovers balance of myodynamia round the joint.The comjunstion of them gives a better method for the treatment of osteoarthritis and enthesitis of knee.
