摘要
利用改进的固相烧结工艺设计和制备出一种具有高介电常数、高压电系数的PLZT陶瓷材料。研究了Sb2O3、BaTiO3的不同掺杂量对PLZT陶瓷的介电性能和压电性能的影响。实验发现,当Sb2O3和BaTiO3含量的质量百分比均为0.5%时,PLZT陶瓷的介电性能、压电性能较佳,相应的物理参数为:频率为1kHz时室温相对介电常数εr=4500,压电常数d33=640pC/N,压电耦合系数kp=0.7,密度ρv=7.914g/cm3,居里温度Tc=213℃,介电损耗tgδ=0.0175。该材料在叠层电容器、压电陶瓷固体继电器、压电驱动器及压电电声器件等方面具有良好的应用前景。
Using modified solid-state sintering process, the PLZT ceramic material with high permittivity and piezoelectric constant has been prepared. The effects of Sb_2O_3 and BaTiO_3 on dielectric and piezoelectric properties of PLZT have been investigated. When both the content of Sb_2O_3 and that of BaTiO_3 were 0.5wt%, the dielectric and piezoelectric properties of PLZT ceramic material were much more enhanced. Its main parameters are:dielectric coefficient _ε__r=4500 measured at a frequency of 1kHz and room temperature, piezoelectric coefficient _d__(33)=640pC/N,electricmechacal coupling coefficient _k__p=0.7, density _ρ__v=7.914g/cm^3,Curie temperature _T__c=213℃ and dielectric loss tg_δ_=0.0175. The material show good application prospects in the fields of multiplayer capacitor, piezoelectric coupler, piezoelectric actor and piezoelectric sonoprobe.
