摘要
传统的癸二酸裂解工艺是以蓖麻油和氢氧化钠为原料 ,使用苯 (甲 )酚作稀释剂 ,裂解温度为 2 80~ 30 0℃ ,裂解时间 4h。本工艺存在着裂解时间长 ,设备腐蚀严重 ,环境污染大 ,产品质量差等缺点。本文参考了大量的文献 ,着重从微波裂解、废水治理、废物回收利用、产品精制、换用新的稀释剂代替苯 (甲 )酚裂解等方面介绍了癸二酸的研究进展 ,并对其前景进行了展望。
Phenol or cresol is the diluting agent in conventional process of sebacic acid.Castor oil and caustic soda are used as the raw mterials and the reaction temperature is 280~300℃.For this process,it has some blemish such as longer time in cracking,corrosion of reactor,enviroment pollution,production of low quality.This paper illustrated the development of sebacic asid in microwave cracking,waster water recovering,purication of sebacic acid and so on.In this case,this paper also described its future.
