层硅的合成与表征

Synthesis of Sheet Sodium Disilicate

摘要 在反应温度为 70 0～ 75 0℃ ,优选的反应时间为 1.5～ 2 .5h ,用模数为 2 .5的固体硅酸钠为原料 ,直接进行反玻璃化制备层状结晶硅酸钠。产品的CBP达到商品层硅指标。 Sheet Sodium disilicate was synthesized by anti-vitrification process with calcining solid sodium silicate at the temperature of 700～750℃ for 1.5～2.5 h.The CBP of the product satisfied those of commodity.
