摘要
研究了在较高的硅 /表面活性剂物质的量比 (10 )体系中 ,采用不同的碱介质 (氨水、乙二胺、三乙醇胺 /NaOH)来合成MCM - 4 1。通过XRD ,N2 吸附—脱附等表征手段 ,分析了不同碱介质体系对制备MCM - 4 1的影响。结果显示 ,弱碱介质 (NH3 ,EDA)有利于提高MCM 4 1的热稳定性 ;而采用混合碱质 (三乙醇胺 /NaOH) ,则可在一定程度上改善MCM - 4 1的水热稳定性 ,但随着三乙醇胺量的增加 。
It's reported the synthesis of MCM-41 in the system with relatively high molar ratio of Si/Surfactant (10) by using different alkaline media. By XRD,N 2 adsorption-desorption experiment the effect of different alkaline media on the synthesis of MCM-41 was discussed.The results showed that the as-synthesized MCM-41 obtained from weak alkaline systems possessed good thermal stability. Alough mixed alkaline midium (NaOH/TriethanolAM) could improve the hydrothermal stability of MCM-41 in some way, the pore size of samples decreased with an increase of the amount of triethanolAM.
