The Problems and Countermeasures of Engineering Supervising of Liaoning Province

针对辽宁省工程建设监理的行业现状,深入地分析了目前存在的主要问题及形成原因。就加速监理企业改革,规范工程监理取费,改进考试及注册,建立执业责任保险制度,完善招标投标竞争机制,改进行业管理提出若干建议。

Directed against current situation of engineering supervising of Liaoning province,this article has analysed the main problems existing at present and reasons of emerging deeply and according to the request of improving enterprise competitiveness,offering omni-directional service for construction company better ( the whole course of project management) and integrating with the international traditions smoothly, after the'entry to WTO',this article puts forward several suggestions: supervisory enterprise's reform should own higher speed,standardize the fee of project supervision,improve examination and register,establish system of liability insurance,perfect competitive system of bid tending, improve trade management,etc.
