摘要
结合工作的实际体会,对高校劳服企业发展过程、及当前发展现状和企业面临的问题进行了阐述。对高校劳服企业如何冲破妨碍发展的思维方式,转变等、靠、要的观念,树立全心全意为学校广大师生服务的思想,建立与当前形势下市场经济相适应的体制和运行模式,以及如何依靠自身资源持续发展的过程中应注意的问题,做了初步的探讨。
In this paper,the author provides a general statement of the history of service company of university and the problem it is going to face through his work experience, and makes a discussion on how to break up the thought that obstruct the development of service company, changes the concept of wait, dependence, demand, builds up the idea of 'all for the teachers and students' and a system that fits the status of market economy, and make continuous development using its own resources.
