This paper introduces the feasibility of training students self-appraisal mode though the table-tennis skill lessons, and have a try though the lessons. We elicit that training students self-appraisal have a great stimulating effect on the students how to study the skill, and bring forward some ways of training students self-appraisal, this may offer the significant reference in the future teaching and training.
