摘要
在需求型经济时代,制度创新是启动居民消费需求的必然选择。文章通过对消费者破产制度形成过程的历史考察,在分析西方发达国家现行消费者破产制度基本功能的基础上,提出了建立我国消费者破产制度的基本思路。
At the threshold of demanding economy era, innovating on outmoded system is definitely an inevitable option to accelerate residents' consuming amount. Based on the observations over the historical forming process and the analysis on the fundamental functions in western developed countnies, an applicable scheme of constructing China's consumer bankruptcy system was put forwand.
