摘要
实务中的代位权行使往往呈现出复杂性,一方面表现在一个代位权单元内实现债权的多路径性,另一方面表现在一个案件包含或联系着多个代位权单元。正确分析把握代位权制复杂性的表现形式,是提高实务操作水平的前提。
The operation of subrogation rights system is complicated in two aspects,that is,mutiple-path in creditor's right and multiple-subrogation-unit in one case. It is the prerequisite of improving practical operation to analyze and grasp the complexity of subrogation rights.
