新形势下,特别是中国加入WTO后,高职高专院校的师资队伍建设面临着一些新的紧迫问题,应采取有效措施加以解决,努力建设一支专兼结合,富有特色的师资队伍,以切实提高高职高专教育教学质量。

In modern age especially after the entrance into WTO, higher professional colleges face a new serious of problems in construction of the teaching team. We should take efficient measures to solve the problems in order to construct a teaching team with concurrent teachers and full -time teachers. And try our utmost to improve the teaching quality in higher professional education and junior college education.
