The Conduct of the standardization of coal mines safety quality is a renovation on the base of decades of practices. This paper analyzes the new characteristics of safety quality standardization under the new situation and puts forward the basic ideas and targets of the standardization of coal mines safety quality. In order to fully comprehend and grasp the basic ideas, six aspects should be included in the present work of safety quality standardization.
