20世纪90年代以来,经济、金融全球化推动了新兴市场国家银行业的购并浪潮,在论述新兴市场银行购并模式的基础上,分析了新兴市场银行购并对银行业市场结构产生的效应。
Since 1990,the gloabalization of economy and finance has driven the merger process of the national banking industry in the new market. Based on the discussion of the modes of bank mergers in the new market, the effect of bank mergers in the new market of the bank market industry is analyzed.
