摘要
ADSL技术是XDSL技术中最热门的技术,具有速度快,使用方便,接入费用低的特点,它为网络接入提供了一种新的具有竟争力的方法。从ADSL技术入手,简单地介绍了ADSL的工作原理及特点;然后,结合ADSL网络参考模型,详细探讨了ADSL在校园宿舍接入网中的应用,结果表明,与目前使用的56kb的Mo-dem和128kbIDSN相比,ADSL的技术优势是不言而喻的。
ADSL is the most popular technology in XDSL, featuring with high speed, convenience and cheapness; it provides a competitive way of network access. The principles and distinguishing features of ADSL are introduced using ADSL technology. Application of ADSL to access network in campus dormitories is detailed, in combination of the ADSL reference model. It is proven that the advantage of ADSL technology is self-evident compared with 56kB Modem and 128kB IDSN.
