An Ideal Model of Enterprise Evolution

论述了产生协同效应的企业并购可视为复杂系统的进化过程,在此基础上得出大脑是企业进化理想模式的猜想;接着,运用系统科学的思想论证了这种猜想的合理性。最后指出:通过广泛地借鉴脑科学的丰硕研究成果,可以大大地加深对复杂系统进化的基本规律和基本条件的认识,从而促进对企业并购问题的研究。

It is pointed out that merger & acquisition of an enterprise can produce synergy effect and this can be regarded as the course of the evolution of a complex system. Based on this, the paper puts forward the guess that the brain is the ideal model of enterprise evolution; then, the paper proves that the hypothesis is rational by using systematic methodology; finally, the paper makes a conclusion that the basic laws and conditions of evolution of a complex system can be generalized using the research achievements of the brain science, which greatly promotes the research about merger & acquisition of enterprises.
