摘要
应力波波速测量是混凝土结构无损估计的基本检测项目之一,波速大小既反映了混凝土结构的质量又是其他测量的基础。研究了基于互相关的时间延迟估计方法及其算法,并将其应用到基于冲击反射法的双传感器测量应力波波速方法中,解决了传统的直接观察法中的人为误差的影响和噪声对测量精度的影响,大大降低了测量误差,波速数据具有更好的一致性,取得了满意的实验结果。
Measurement of wave speed is a basic testing item in a non-destructive test when Impact-echo method is applied to NDE(Non-Destructive Evaluation) of concrete structures. Wave speed reflects the quality of concrete structures and it is a basic parameter used for other measurements. A time-delay estimation algorithm based on Cross-correlation function is studied. This algorithm has been applied to wave speed evaluation when wave speed of concrete structures is measured by two transducers. The influence of observation error and noise are eliminated when cross-correlation based time-delay evaluation is used. Measurement errors are reduced and wave speed data are more consistent. Experiment results are satisfied.
