Obstacles in Chinese Medium-Small Enterprises' Technology Innovation and Corresponding Counter-measures

中小企业作为推广高新技术的第一阵地和试验田,在技术创新的过程中扮演着极其重要的角色。但目前,我国中小企业在技术创新活动中却受到诸多因素的制约。在具体剖析了中小企业技术创新障碍的基础上,提出了改善我国中小企业技术创新能力及创新环境的对策。

As an area of knowledge economy comes around and modern technology drastically develops, medium-enterprises are playing an increasingly important role in technology innovation. However, technology innovations of medium-small enterprises in China are limited by many factors. Some counter-measures of improving innovative ability and environment of medium-small enterprises by carefully analysis of its obstacles are introduced.
