摘要
阶梯钻头在制造的过程中如果相关的精度控制不当,则其切削质量会受到很大影响,轻者造成孔的粗糙度过高,严重的造成孔径超差导致被加工零件的报废。阶梯钻头的切削质量不仅与自身的几何尺寸、加工精度及表面质量有关而且与钻削用量的选择有关,仅分析阶梯钻头的几何尺寸、加工精度及表面质量对其切削质量的影响。
If relevant precision control improper during the process of making ladder bit, it cut quality influence greatly. The lighter causes the coarseness of the hole to be spent high, the serious one causes the ultra difference of the aperture to cause the scrap of the part processed. Ladder cutting quality of bit not only have something to do with one' s own geometry size , machining accuracy and surface quality but also relate to bore the choice of paring quantity. This text analyses ladder geometry size, machining accuracy and surface quality of bit cut influence of quality to it only.
