摘要
奥氏体不锈钢采用固溶+高温扩散热处理工艺,能有效改善抗晶界腐蚀性能,且耐腐蚀性随扩散时间的延长而增强,同时与经固溶处理后的机械性能比较没有明显下降,符合奥氏体不锈钢规定的指标。
Austenits stainless steel adopts the process of high-temperature diffusion heat-treatment, besides the one of solid diffusion, which can improve its corrosion strength effectively. And the corrosion strength will be reinforced with the time of diffusion lengthening. But that , compared to the workpiece processed in the method of solid diffusion, the function of machinery has no drop obviously, up to the standard specified.
