摘要
采用工装保护,利用空气电阻炉加热淬火代替感应加热淬火对门式起重机主、被动车轮进行深层表面淬火,并对处理后的试样进行力学性能测试。实践结果表明采用工装保护电阻炉加热淬火后的零件硬度及强度满足技术要求。也适于大型盘状零件外圆面的深层硬化。
Protected by process tackling, the active, passive wheel of gate-type crane are deeply surface quenched by means of air resistance furnace heating replacing induction heating, and their mechanic properties after treating are tested. The results show that the hardness and strength of the work piece after surface quenching protected by process tackling by means of air resistance furnace heating are satisfy. This process are also suitable for the deeply hardening of large-scale plate-type work piece outer orbicular surface.
