介绍国内外大功率厚煤层电牵引采煤机的机电一体化新技术,包括总体、交流变频电牵引、工况检测和故障诊断、自动调高及远程通讯和集中控制技术。
The paper introduces the domestic and foreign new mechatronics technology of superpower electrical haulage shearers for thick coal seams, including general design technology, AC (VVVF) haulage technology, working condition detecting & fault diagnosing technology, auto lifting control technology, remote communication & centralized control technology.
