摘要
采用有限元方法和MSC. Marc软件,分析了10MW高温气冷堆(HTR-10)能量转换系统磁轴承转子的模态,研究了磁轴承支承刚度与固有频率的关系。研究结果表明,可以通过改变支承刚度和转子材料来调整固有频率,为转子过两阶弯曲频率及磁轴承控制系统设计提供了依据。
The finite element method and MSC.Marc software are applied to analyze the rotor modal of magnetic bearings for power conversion unit (PCU) of 10MW high temperature gas-cooled reactor (HTR-10). The effects of the magnetic bearings sustaining stiffness on the rotor natural frequencies were studied. Results show that the natural frequencies may be adjusted by changing the sustaining stiffness and rotor material. It is very important for the magnetic bearing to pass two order bending natural frequencies and design control system.
