摘要
针对铁路线路方案优选的传统方法在各方案经济指标出现交叉时不易确定最优方案 ,实用化模型中存在对含多个低级定量指标的定性指标的算法不完善、定性指标的取舍方法不严谨等缺陷 ,改进了原模型和相应软件 ,并给出方案模糊优化客观评判分值表以提供更客观全面的评判结论 .
The conventional method of selecting optimal railway location has much difficulty in application if the qualitative factors have alternative advantages over one another. The current fuzzy optimization solves above problem, but it still has some severe faultiness such as imperfect method of dealing with qualitative factors including several quantitative ones and deciding to accept or reject qualitative factors. This paper solves the faultiness, establishes an impersonal judging table of fuzzy optimization for variant projects, and takes an engineering project as the testing model.
