含金属纤维的电磁屏蔽织物在印染加工中,易产生过烧、定形过度、擦伤、破洞、皱条等问题,加工中应注意:烧毛前布面要平整,采用较弱烧毛;尽可能减少拉幅;宜采用低温氧漂,并加稳定剂;湿热加工时间要短,工序要尽量少。文章对前处理、染色、柔软定形工艺条件均作了较详尽的介绍。
During dyeing and finishing of metal filament fabric containing metal filament, faults such as over-heating, oversetting, abrasion mark, holes, crease streaks are often encountered. For the sake of solving those problems, special requirements on singeing, pretreatments, dyeing and setting process should be needed.
