板坯连铸过程电磁搅拌二维电磁场的有限元数值模拟

THE NUMERIC SIMULATION TO THE 2D ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD IN CC SLAB BY FINITE ELEMENT METHOD

运用变分有限元法对连铸板坯内二维低频交变电磁场进行了数值模拟。采用双侧线性电磁搅拌技术 ,模拟了不同电流强度时的电磁力矩变化规律 ,分别给出了电流强度与电磁力矩以及频率与电磁力矩的对应关系图 ,为实际生产中选择合适的电流和频率提供了理论依据。

The 2D low frequency variable electromagnetic field during CC slab was numerically simulated by the finite element method.The relationship between the electrical current and magnetic torque,and the relationship between the frequency and magnetic torque were found respectively by the double side liner electromagnetic stirring,so that the suitable electrical current and frequency for production practice could be set properly.
