摘要
激励问题的存在,催生了多种激励理论。对激励理论研究现状,可从研究方法、激励对象、激励主体、激励方式等视角进行把握。随着网络化和全球化进程的来临和加剧,已经形成的激励理论已经遭遇了不同程度的激励困惑,促使着适应时代发展的激励理论的构建。
The exist of encouragement produced many kinds of encouragement theories. To research the present situation of encouragement theories, we should begin with research method, encouraging object, encouraging main body and encouraging method. With the coming and being aggravated of internet and globalization, the encouragement theories that had been formed met with encouraging puzzle in different degrees, and this spurs to establish a encouragement theory which fit the development of time.
